A note on voting

I heard it said

From high on horse

That we should vote

Because others fought.

But this post

Won't be stamped
And enveloped
And offering

Just one vote

Is like asking
We go by sailboat

A nice way to travel

When the crew is good 

And the weather's bright

Once in a while

I just might.

But as other's fought

To enjoy new rights

We should not just vote

But fight.
